Post by RobertPost by In the Name of JesusPost by RobertMM also does not know what God is saying in Job, and he does not understand
anything about it other than what was made obvious in the Book.
:-).
So why doesn't Robert Religion tell us then? :-). Isn't that a big
mystery! :-).
No mystery, you were given a chance to clarify what you said and reconsider
the options.
To think, to ponder, to meditate upon the Word of God.
:-).
And, of course, I was given the chance by Robert (thanks Bob), but I
obviously failed miserably. :-).
Post by RobertPost by In the Name of JesusSmoke and mirrors and it never ends.
Robert Religion sinner Christianity is drenched in his waffle and crap
above and below, yet the he cannot answer the simple question. All he
has is his "failure neighbour" self-righteous dogma.
There again you reference yourself as a failure, something I have never
spoken, internally or externally.
He can't see himself.
Post by RobertPost by In the Name of JesusThe spirit of Satan.
If it walks like a dog and barks like a dog and looks like a dog and
everyone has got one in the dog training school, then you can be
reasonably comfortable in the fact that it is a dog. :-).
Again with the ad-homonyms? Does it ever cease?
A dog is a dog, Bob.
Where is this deep, deep Robert understanding?
You see?
[crickets]
Where the rubber meets the road they are never there.
Post by RobertPost by In the Name of JesusHe won't be able to answer that question, but I will tell you. No more
pearls for him for the swine.
That was not the point of the book. That was what I pointed out to you at the
fore.
You see, Robert Religion is scripture truth. :-).
Post by RobertHere is the point.
Job 1:6-12
6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before
the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the
LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and
down in it.
8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that
there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that
feareth God, and escheweth evil?
9 Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?
10 Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all
that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his
substance is increased in the land.
11 But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will
curse thee to thy face.
12 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power;
only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the
presence of the LORD.
" that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one
that feareth God, and escheweth evil?” "But put forth thine hand now, and
touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.”
John, it is not about good verses evil. Remember that. There is
something much more powerful going on underneath.
Post by RobertDid he ever? Throughout all the trials and tribulations did Job ever fall
away? How did the book end up? Who was correct, God, or Satan? And at the end
did not God repay Job double for all he went through?
At times one needs a reliable antagonist (antichrist). :-).
You see how he doesn't see?
Job was fallen, and the Lord showed him how in the end but not through
what is right and what is wrong (law, legalism). Remember, the book of
Job is the future looking back; it is not contemporary. All these people
know is "good" versus "evil" and who is, in their eyes, and who isn't.
Such is the delusion.
God is not about good verses evil.
Now, back to Job, and why he repented in dust and ashes and abhorred
himself.
Robert doesn't know because he has not lost his life. Was the Lord
equivocal about that requirement?
Post by RobertJob never went through all of this just to learn one thing about himself, the
end of the book was not dependent on Job realizing any flaw and then
correcting it, it ended when Satan saw that no matter what was thrown at Job,
Job never ever cursed God. Was not God correct in His assessment of Job?
1) God took Job through what he went through to learn of Him and himself.
2) No one said anything about Job realising any flaw and then correcting
himself (an abomination); except Robert, that is.
3) God is always right, but not according to the adjudication of Robert
Religion and his own scripture presiding.
4) Do you see the manipulation in his words?
Post by RobertThat one can learn things when going through trials and tribulations is a
blessing, a deeper understanding, God causes everything to work together for
our good, if we walk with him, and Job did. The men who gave him false
counseling via the thoughts of Satan in their heads had to accept their
errors, and seek forgiveness from Job. For they wronged him.
They wronged God.
Job 42:7 And it was so, that after the LORD had spoken these words unto
Job, the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against
thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me the
thing that is right, as my servant Job hath.
You see how Robert's thinking is carnally-based (self); the sensorial
experience of fact, reality, and truth revolves around his perception.
One could argue, "Well, what else can it be, as we are in fact sensorial
beings?" "We are what we are, right?" Not quite: we need to sense
another's presence, God's presence, to free us from the confines of
ourselves—self-worship.
Such was the case with Job too.
Post by RobertWhy did you miss all that?
My failure! :-). Faaaaaaiiiiiiillllllluuuuurrrrrreeee, and drowning in
the obliteration of Robert Religion's own powerful scripture truth! :-))).
Remember, he can't see himself and he can't be but the blind spirit he is.
Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately
wicked: who can know it?
God revealed something to Job that meant everything.
What did Job see in himself?
Our resident antichrist can sit in his own sewer, but the Lord will
reveal that to you if you push through the darkness. Mind you, in what I
am writing, the Lord is almost all but giving the answer to the question
outright!
Post by RobertPost by In the Name of JesusI feel sorry for Robert, but for years and years he has had the truth
placed directly in front of him, and all...he...has...ever...done and
continues to do is simply wipe his ass on it because it does not come in
his image, the stinking image of sinner Christianity.
He is worse than the atheists!
I am no better than they, except by the grace and mercy of God I too would
have remained a sinner.
You still are, Buddy, and it has nothing to do with your legalism religion.
Post by RobertFor you to look down upon them is a shame.
Another failure according to our King of Religion. :-).
Post by RobertWhile they may live in error, even
willfully, they still are the creation of God and should be respected as
such.
Slithery is slithering slitheringly again. :-).
You see, all he has is failure for me, but he'll say, "I never called
you a failure." :-). Obviously, I am not worthy. :-). Do you see the
flip side, though, the self-worship, his self-anointing righteousness
display from on his high?
Do you see how he doesn't see himself? Nothing is seen in the darkness,
but to walk into the light, one has to be exposed. That is what they
hate. Job girded himself and entered the light.
Only the strong and courageous enter the promised land. "A piece of dirt
is not the promised land; that is only a reflection. The promised land
is knowing Me, says the Lord."
Moving on. Now, if you believe that in man is some goodness, how then
can you come into the light when you think you already have light in
you? That is why Robert is holding up Job, for in holding Job up, he is
really holding himself up in the essence of what he thinks he is.
Post by RobertPost by In the Name of JesusPost by RobertI learn more of those things that are not pleasing to him and deal
with them by His help.
He deals with them! :-). What a wanker!
Yes, put them to death, and that is something a Believer IS to do. It does
not just disappear, one must deal with their flaws via the renewal of the
mind. “For to be carnally minded is death"
You see. Self-worship and blindness. No man can raise himself up.
Post by RobertPost by In the Name of JesusNot pleasing to him? So, the Lord Jesus is not his Lord (ye olde
revolving door, the "mistake" and "piece of stupid" compromise
religion). He does not follow the Lord. Note: his "follow" is very
different to the Lord's "follow."
Not at all, read about the lives of the disciples of Jesus.
Robert's "follow (sinner Christianity)" is very different to the Lord's
"follow." The Lord's "follow" requires you to lose your life, whereas
these snakes merely see that as a road of compromise—self works and
God's help.
Post by RobertPost by In the Name of JesusRobert (our sinner Christianity example) does his own thing, worshipping
himself with his bible. And look, even more telling, Robert deals with
his wrong with "God's help???" What a sick joke!
Well, it is for certain that Satan has never helped you one bit.
Post by In the Name of JesusYou see, extremely deluded and so typical of "me save myself" sinner
Christianity!
More false aspersions from the weak.
Post by In the Name of JesusNow, a deeper reality (crucial): he does things that are not pleasing to
the Lord and cleans himself up with the Lord as his little helper???!!!
No idea...none...he isn't the least bit aware that he is blind. There is
no log in his eye because he doesn't see any hindrance to his way; he
doesn't see a log in his eye! That takes revelation from the Lord
Himself directly (not an external bible) into a person's life in the
presence of His Holy Spirit.
Same as Job in the beginning, same as us all in the beginning. That is
very, very important (crucial), John.
Did not God clearly say that Job was perfect and righteous? Out of ignorance
you just placed me in the same class as he.
Robert is confused by his lust for his fallen nature. God prophesied
Job's future, the story is told in retrospect.
The point is that the witness of Job tells the story of the sinner
coming to redemption through God, our Messiah, but not through right and
wrong, but through the death of what you are.
Recall that Job is of the sin of Adam; like all men, he gave offerings
for himself as well as for his children. We might visit that later. In
other words, while it is a "good" intention of Job to make sacrifices
for his children—and that is at the centre of the question of Job (the
one being asked)—how can a man give a sacrifice for another man? Only
One is worthy of that, and we both know who that Glorious and Majestic
Lord is! :-).
Remember, Job in the end was a very different Job than the Job from the
beginning.
Post by RobertPost by In the Name of JesusWhat did Job see in himself? Meditate on that.
You, without understanding tell others to “lose themselves”, IOW
something that THEY have to do. Yet you flame me for dealing with my issues
when shown. Many religions tell people to “lose themselves” to yield
themselves so that their minds can become ‘free’. You proclaim the same
mantra. In yoga, you are to empty yourself, your mind, etc. Which then satan
will take full advantage of the situations as you open your mind to whatever
comes in, same with all such religious dogma.
You see, Robert hasn't got a clue; all he has is his worldly pop
psychology. Why Robert hasn't got a clue is ultimately why Job repented
in dust and ashes and abhorred himself.
Post by RobertTime for you to study the Word of God and yield yourself to him and renew
your mind in Him.
Time for works salvation in my failure to be like Robert! :-). Time for
that and a latte. :-).
All that waffle goes nowhere for Robert. He can't answer the simple
question: What did Job see in himself? You don't repent in dust and
ashes and abhor yourself for nothing.
Remember: Bunyan: "Ignorance" at the gate. No certificate. "I feel in my
deepest heart that I am a subject of this kingdom."
